The Schlagle Stallions displayed some signs of life, while the Washington Wildcats again took care of business against an inferior opponent.

Here are the quick recaps:

GARDNER-EDGERTON 88, Schlagle 75: Houston Shackelford played easily his best game as a Schlagle Stallion. However, Schlagle still fell a little short.

Shackelford scored a career-high 34 points, hitting seven three-pointers in the game. Jameon Cal added 15 points for the Stallions, while D.J. Sayles added 14 points.

Schlagle trailed by 10 points at the half, but crawled to within four points after three quarters. Gardner, however, responded. The Trailblazers outscored Schlagle by nine points in the fourth quarter and pulled away late.

King score 17 points, while Allen had 15 for the Wildcats. Deandre King had five three-pointers in the game for the Wildcats. Dominique Wilson scored 10 points, while James Jappa added 8 for the Wildcats.
