The Harmon Hawks boys soccer team, losers of just one game this season so far, is just one game away from the state tournament after winning its first round game this week.
Harmon defeated Leavenworth 3-1 in the opening round, scoring three second half goals to overcome an early 1-0 deficit.
The Hawks used three goals from their midfielders to catch Leavenworth and eventually knock them out of the postseason.
Sophomore Jesus Galvan scored the equalizer and the game-winning goal. Senior captain Breyson Ruiz added some insurance for the Hawks.
Harmon looks to win the school's third ever regional title in boys soccer Friday night, as they host Blue Valley Southwest in the Regional 1 final.
Art Lawrence Stadium will host the game at 6:30 Friday evening.
Harmon Hawks head coach Carlos Olivas is encouraging everyone in the entire community to come out and support the team.
