Washington Wildcats senior Deandre King had his second consecutive 20-point game, as the Wildcats snapped a two-game losing streak with a home victory against Atchison.
Deandre King scored a game-high 25 points in Washington's 84-56 win against the Atchison Red Men Tuesday night.
King was joined in double figures by Wildcat teammates Kameron Allen (13 points), Kindred Williams (12 points) and James Jappa (12 points).
Washington led by just five points at halftime, 40-35. However, the Wildcats were able to put away Atchison with a 44-point second half, outscoring the opposition 44-21 in the second half.
Leading the way for Atchison was Tyson Downing and Tanner Hunting, who each scored 18 points in the loss.
