Patton Leads Schlagle in Blowout Win

The Schlagle Stallions defeated Southwest Friday night 63 to 39. 

"It was a solid performance for the Stallions," said head coach Peyton Leslie. "They will need to be more consistent on the defensive end."

The Stallions have now won two in a row and improved their record to 3-2.

"We still have a long ways to go but we are making baby steps in the right direction," said Leslie.

NOTES:

  • David Patton led the way scoring 25 points. 
  • Ronald Marks had 14 points and 7 rebounds.
  • Houston Shackelford had eight points with seven assists.
  • Deion Wilson continues his good start in the paint for the Stallions with 12 rebounds.
Schlagle's next game is Tuesday, December 18th at St. Joseph Benton at 7:00 pm.
